Are you paying too much – for too little?
It’s no secret that professional investment advice is worthwhile. Studies have estimated that the value of a professional adviser is worth 3 to 4 percent per year to an individual investor.
Whether or not that estimate is true, we believe that most people pay far too much for financial advice. Whether through commissions, hidden fees or asset-based fees that are just too high, many investors are overcharged for the value they receive.
You can get “robo-advice” very cheaply (if you want your advice from a computer, rather than a human.)
Advice from experienced professionals does come at a cost, but we find that many people don’t even realize what they are being charged! In the long run, COSTS MATTER!
If you are paying one percent or more of your portfolio’s value, or if you don’t know what you are being charged, please allow us to give you a “second opinion.” We can evaluate your existing plan and portfolio and give you an idea of what a reasonable fee should be for the services that you need.
